- Place apples and cider in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Cook until mixture starts to boil, stirring frequently.
- Lower heat and simmer, still stirring frequently. Simmer for 60 minutes or until apple slices disintegrate and mixture is thick, then remove from heat.
- Stir in Stevita and ground cinnamon, if using. Pour into jars and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
