- Stir together flour, Stevita, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Combine milk and oil in a measuring cup, then add to flour mixture. Stir together with a fork and form into 2 balls.
- Place each dough ball between 2 squares of wax paper and roll into a flattened circle. Once rolled, peel off top paper and flip dough—with other wax paper still attached—into 9-inch pie plates.
- Fit dough into plates and remove remaining top wax paper.
