- Mix all-purpose flour and Stevita in a medium mixing bowl until well combined. Beat in milk, eggs, flavorless oil, and salt until well mixed.
- Lightly grease a 6-inch skillet with oil or butter and bring up to temperature over medium heat. Remove from heat and spoon 2 tablespoons of batter into the hot pan.
- Lift and tilt the skillet to cover the bottom and form a thin circle. Return to heat, browning on one side only, before removing the crêpe and placing it on paper towels.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 with remaining batter, greasing the skillet as necessary.
