- Preheat oven to 325°F. Place dry bread cubes in an 8” x 1 ½” round baking dish, then sprinkle raisins over bread.
- Beat together Stevita, eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a medium mixing bowl. Pour egg mixture over bread cubes and raisins.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when inserted near the center. Cool slightly and serve with Stirred Custard Sauce (see index).
