- Combine blueberries and apple juice in a blender or food processor. Blend until pureed.
- Add blueberry puree, Stevita, and cornstarch to a heavy saucepan and mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly.
- Continue cooking and stirring for 2 more minutes, then remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice and butter until combined.
