- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Remove apple cores, leaving half an inch of core at the bottom of each apple to prevent leakage. Prick apple skins with a fork and place apples in a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Melt margarine or butter in a small saucepan, then stir in Stevita, ground cinnamon, apple juice or water, and raisins or dried fruit.
- Stuff mixture into apples and bake in oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until apples are tender. Let apples stand for a few minutes and spoon any escaped liquid back into apples before serving.
