Dutch processed cocoa powder, as opposed to natural cocoa powder, gives these fudge balls a rich flavor that melts in your mouth. Try rolling them in coconut flakes or chopped nuts too.

Makes 40 balls.

Instructions

  1. Beat softened butter, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  2. Mix in cocoa powder and Powdered Sugar Replacement, then knead until a smooth dough forms. Form into small balls.
  3. Dip balls in Dipping Chocolate, allow to cool completely, then dip and cool again.
