Dutch processed cocoa powder, as opposed to natural cocoa powder, gives these fudge balls a rich flavor that melts in your mouth. Try rolling them in coconut flakes or chopped nuts too.

- Beat softened butter, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Mix in cocoa powder and Powdered Sugar Replacement, then knead until a smooth dough forms. Form into small balls.
- Dip balls in Dipping Chocolate, allow to cool completely, then dip and cool again.
