  1. Bring milk to a boil in a heavy, medium saucepan. Stir in uncooked rice and raisins.
  2. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring often, for 30 to 40 minutes until most of the milk is absorbed; mixture may appear lumpy.
  3. Stir in the Stevita Organic Blend, vanilla extract, and nutmeg. Spoon into dessert dishes and serve warm or cold.
