- Combine gelatin and water in a small, heavy saucepan and let stand for 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed orange juice concentrate, plain low-fat yogurt, and Stevita. Set aside.
- Heat and stir the gelatin mixture until the gelatin dissolves, then remove from the heat and combine with the yogurt mixture.
- Pour into a 4-quart ice cream freezer and freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.
