- n a medium bowl, beat butter, cream cheese, and Stevita with an electric mixer on high speed until creamy.
- Add 1 cup of the flour, the egg, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Mix to combine, then add remaining flour and mix until well blended. Cover and chill 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Roll chilled dough into a circle on wax paper. Invert over pie pan, peeling off wax paper and filling pan with dough. Shape edge as desired.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until golden. Cool before filling.

Variations
Chocolate Cookie Crust
Increase Stevita Organic Blend to 2 1/2 tablespoons. Add 2 ounces of unsweetened chocolate, melted and slightly cooled, with the butter and cream cheese mixture. Continue preparing as directed.
Orange Cookie Crust
Prepare as directed, adding 1/2 teaspoon orange zest and 1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate with the vanilla extract.
