- WHIPPING CREAM - 1 CUP
- STEVIA BLEND - 1 TEASPOON
OR STEVIOSIDE - 1/8 TSP.
OR STEVIA - 2 PACKETS
- VANILLA - 1 TEASPOON
In a bowl combine whipping cream, stevia blend, and vanilla. Beat on medium speed till soft peaks form.
Makes eight 1/2-cup servings.
If you overbeat cream, it will turn to butter. But don't worry -- just poor off the buttermilk and enjoy a sweet spread on your toast or muffin.
