  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Whip egg whites and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until foamy, then add cream of tartar and keep whipping until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add in the Stevita while still whipping, then whip egg whites to stiff peaks; they should hold their shape when you lift your beaters or whisk.
  4. Spread meringue over pie, carefully sealing the edge of the crust. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
