- Preheat oven to 375°F. In a bowl combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Set aside.
- Beat margarine and Stevita in a large bowl until fluffy, then add pumpkin.
- Mix in dry ingredients, alternating with sour cream and ending with flour mixture. Fold in raisins.
- Use a large tablespoon to dollop batter onto greased cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until browned.
