Peanut Butter Cookies
- BUTTER - 1/2 CUP
- CREAMY NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER - 3/4 CUP
- STEVITA ORGANIC SPOONABLE STEVIA - 2 TABLESPOONS
OR SIMPLY-STEVIA PURE STEVIA - 3/4 TSP.
OR STEVITA ORGANIC SPOONABLE STEVIA - 12 PACKETS
- MILK - 1/4 CUP
- EGG - 1
- VANILLA EXTRACT - 1 TEASPOON
- FLOUR - 1 1/2 CUPS
- BAKING SODA - 1 TEASPOON
- BAKING POWDER - 1/2 TEASPOON
- VANILLA - 1/2 TEASPOON
- CHOPPED ROASTED PEANUTS - 3/4 CUP (OPTIONAL)
- APPLE SAUCE - 1/2 CUP
In a small bowl, combine stevia, flour, baking soda, and baking powder; mix well. In another bowl, combine butter and peanut butter; beat till fluffy. Beat egg, milk, and vanilla into peanut butter mixture. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Beat till thoroughly combined. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten by crisscrossing with the tines of a fork. Bake in a 375°F oven for 7 to 9 minutes or till bottoms are lightly browned. Cool cookies on a wire rack.
