Almonds are great in so many desserts, so why not add them to your favorite frozen treat? Instead of the usual pistachio, this nutty ice cream celebrates the buttery, sweet, and slightly bitter flavor of almonds. Enjoy whenever you like—no cooking and no ice cream machine necessary!

  1. Combine heavy whipping cream, evaporated milk, Stevita, and almond extract in a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat mixture with an electric mixer until soft peaks form; when you lift the mixer, there should be peaks that slightly flop over.
  3. Fold in the chopped almonds, then transfer mixture to an 8” x 8” x 2” pan. Place in freezer until firm.
