- MILK - 1 1/2 CUPS
- ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR - 1 CUP
- EGGS - 2
- COOKING OIL - 1 TABLESPOON
- STEVITA ORGANIC SPOONABLE STEVIA - 2 TEASPOONS
OR SIMPLY-STEVIA PURE STEVIA - 1/4 TSP.
OR STEVITA ORGANIC SPOONABLE STEVIA - 4 PACKETS
- SALT - 1/4 TEASPOON
In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour and stevia; mix well. Add milk, eggs, oil, and salt. Beat till mixed well. Lightly grease a 6-Inch skillet; heat. Remove from heat. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the batter into hot pan. Lift and tilt the skillet to spread batter into a thin circle. Return to heat. Brown on one side only. Remove crepe; place on paper towels. Repeat with remaining batter; greasing skillet as needed.
Makes 18 crepes.
