Chantilly Cream Frosting
- CORNSTARCH - 4 TABLESPOONS
- SKIM MILK - 1 CUP
- STEVITA ORGANIC SPOONABLE STEVIA - 4 TEASPOONS
OR SIMPLY-STEVIA PURE STEVIA - 1/2 TSP.
OR STEVIA - 8 PACKETS
- POWDERED MILK - 5 TABLESPOONS
- VANILLA - 2 TEASPOONS
- BUTTER - 3/4 CUP
Mix cornstarch, skim milk, stevia, and powdered milk in a saucepan. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and add vanilla. Allow to cool completely. In a bowl, whip butter till creamy. Add the cooled mixture to butter and beat well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Makes about 2 cups - enough to ice a two-layer cake.
