Angel Food Cake
- EGG WHITES - 11 LARGE, AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
- STEVITA ORGANIC SPOONABLE STEVIA - 3 TABLESPOONS
OR SIMPLY-STEVIA PURE STEVIA - 1 TSP.
OR STEVITA ORGANIC SPOONABLE STEVIA - 12 PACKETS
- CAKE FLOUR - 1 CUP
- STEVITA ORGANIC SPOONABLE STEVIA - 2 TABLESPOONS
OR SIMPLY-STEVIA PURE STEVIA - 3/4 TSP.
OR STEVIA - 12 PACKETS
- CREAM OF TARTAR - 1 1/2 TEASPOONS
- VANILLA - 1 TEASPOON
Sift 2 tablespoons Stevita Organic Spoonable Stevia and flour together. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat egg whites, cream of tartar, and 3 tablespoons Stevita Organic Spoonable Stevia till stiff peaks form. Slowly sift about one-third flour mixture over stiff egg whites; fold in. Continue sifting and folding remaining flour mixture. Pour into an ungreased, 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or till top springs back from a light touch. Immediately invert cake - leave in pan. This helps prevent the cake from falling. Allow to cool completely. Loosen sides of cake from pan with a knife; remove cake.
